Warranty Terms

The company provides a warranty on its products from the date of purchase by the end user, provided that the operating instructions are followed and regular maintenance is carried out.

• Frame warranty — 3 years.
• Warranty on electrical equipment (motor, battery, controller, display and other electronic components) — 1 year.
• Warranty on other components (transmission, brakes, wheels, suspension, steering equipment and other parts) — 1 year.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and assembly. Warranty service is provided through authorised dealers and service centres.

The company also ensures the availability of essential spare parts and components, enabling prompt warranty and post-warranty repairs and keeping the bicycle in good working order for a long time.
