Payment

Payment is made via bank transfer to a company bank account.

After placing an order, our manager will provide all necessary payment details.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta — free of charge.

Important:
If the parcel is not collected from the post office within 7 days, it will be automatically returned to the sender.

The storage period can be extended by an additional 3 days upon customer request.

Returns & Exchanges

Please carefully check your order upon receipt.

In case you notice:

• missing items
• damage

You have the right to refuse the parcel and file a claim at the Nova Poshta branch.

Return Conditions

• Returns or exchanges are available within 14 days from the date of receipt
  
• The product must be in proper condition, without signs of use, in full complectation, and in original condition
